Rachel created a space that made me feel comfortable talking about what I like and wanted to improve. She talked me through the types of lash rods and explained the type of curl and lift each one provided. When my eyes started to get irritated, she noticed my eyes twitching, asked if I was ok and when I told her my was freaking out, she grabbed her little fan and directed it right at my irritated eye and it provided instant relief. I was impressed that she was able to hold the fan in one hand and still work on tinting my brows with the other. When she was about done with my brows, she handed me the mirror and asked what I thought. I spotted a couple stray hairs and asked her about them because I wasn't sure if they were important to the general shape and structure of my brow. She was so open and receptive. She did a little investigating and we identified the hairs that could be removed that would further improve the crispness of my brow. I also love that she sent me home with a spoolie! All in all, I just felt like I could be really open about what I liked and what I wanted to change and Rachel wouldn't take it personally. She was so kind and professional. I liked that she really strived to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the service I received.
