The site is so clean. The staff is super friendly. I have always had a problem with retention and Monet is always super helpful with trouble shooting my lash loss. She also doesnt mind when I fall asleep. My lashes always look great thanks to her.

You guys were able to get me in quickly. You called me about 5 minutes after I made my appointment and let me know that there had been a cancellation so I could get in at an earlier time which was awesome. I'm visiting from out of town so that was very helpful. The front desk receptionist and the girl who actually did my eyebrows were amazing and very friendly.
