Honestly I've been pretty frustrated with lashes falling out in consistently no time available for the sr stylist etc but I'm back on track and even with all the problems Erin makes everything better. She really brightened my day I Love when she's working! She knows what she's doing, has incredible customer service. Seems very happy to help and work at the lash lounge. She's the first and last person you see and interact with so her positive attitude is good for the company
