So this is my second time in my life getting lash extensions. I was a little hesitant as the first time I had gotten them they were uncomfortable and we're all falling out within 2 weeks -not just a few literally all of them. So I was worried about spending that kind of money again and having the same thing happen. I was blown away. My lashes look amazing and I can't feel them!!!! Like I don't feel them at all-they are so comfortable. I get so many compliments on how nice and natural they look! I LOVE them😁 Rachel was legit amazing. She made me feel comfortable and we really sat down and came up with a good plan for what I was wanting. She thoroughly went over instructions and care. I left feeling confident and beautiful.

There's always room for improvement. They staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and tidy. They answering service I'm not to fond of. I think speaking to a person is more appropriate.
