• I've been going to the lash loft for over a year & am so pleased with the service each & everytime! & of course I'm addicted to my fabulously amazing lashes! They were recommended to me after I admired someone's lashes & now I couldn't go without them! So gorgeous!

• I've been to Lash Loft twice and both the times I had great experiences. From the front desk to behind the technician, I was well taken care of. On my second experience at Lash Loft, I had to go back in and ask the technician to look at my lashes again, just Coz I wasn't sure if it looked right. In any case, she was super sweet and even the guy at the front desk reassured me I wasn't crazy to come back in the same day. Their quality of customer service is an example all businesses should follow.

• Fantastic service when I came for a 2-week refill - Soo is the best. My previous refill wasn't unfortunately not holding up that well (done by another technician). But instead of simply trying to fill in the gaps, Soo took the time to remove almost all of the old lashes (which were sitting somewhat crookedly), and gave me essentially a brand new set. I've been coming to the Lash Loft for several years, and will continue to do so.
