• I was looking for some time now to start doing my lashes once again! I used to go to JJ's in Soho however, the last few times, I was disappointed with the overall experience - including lashes falling out in just 2 days. Anyway, I started looking in Yelp and saw that The Lash Loft had great reviews, decided to give it a try and boom! I am in love! I've been there 2 times and on Aug 4th I have my 2nd refill (so it's my 3rd time). The whole experience is great - from the greeting, the front desk attention, to my lash specialist! Love Crystal! Keep up the great work guys!!

• The staff is so friendly and the lash experience is incredibly relaxing. I imagined being more tense during application but I fell asleep! Removing the eyelashes was just as relaxing, quick, and painless!

• The Lash Loft is the best Lash place I have been to in NYC. It is very much a boutique professional experience, as opposed to feeling like you are in a lash factory. The products they use are the highest quality and both technicians I have been to were amazing. Highly recommend this place!
