I've taken classes at the hot yoga spot in several locations, including Albany, Latham, Saratoga, Glenmont and Clifton Park. The teachers and the environment are always very welcoming. Even after dozens of classes and a few years, I always find that I'm learning something new to incorporate into my practice.
Plenty of space to extend legs and arms. Excellent instructor.
