Good atmosphere, cleanliness, quality instruction.
The instructor is very knowledgeable and taught us a correct form. She also brought accordion to chant!! She has such soothing voice. The cool lavender towel at the end was heavenly. The temperature of the room and the length of the session (75min) were perfect.
I love Sean's candlelight flow class on Wednesdays. He is a great instructor (actually my favorite)...and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I wish he taught this class one more night during the week. I would definitely attend!
Welcoming environment. Beginner classes. Multiple locations. I live in CP but my gym is in Latham. I took the Latham class because of location and level--beginer. Does the app refine searches to show only scheduled beginning classes?
