Classes are great and studio is clean and welcoming. And, my favorite instructors teach at a convenient time.
With all the instructor changes at the Albany studio, Latham seems to be the better option for now. although its not as close to home. But it nice to be able to rely on the quality I've come to expect from THYS.

Vinyasa with Kiersten is always an amazing flow. Strength building and restorative as well.
