Kitty is a fabulous teacher
Even though virtual, instructor provided a nice visual with candles lit and was easy to follow (not too fast with great verbal descriptions). Music was a bit hard to hear. Not sure if needed with zoom.
Because I love Kitty and all of the teachers at Hidden Yoga! One suggestion though - mute everyone before the class starts and maybe start the zoom meetup about 5 minutes before to let people get settled and have a little bit of interaction? Sending you lots of love!!!

The guest instructor was fantastic, describing the benefit of each pose. I am a relative newbie and loved the understanding of what I was doing. The discussion about the nervous system was fascinating to me. And, I like the atmosphere of your studio.
I like the smaller studios with lots of feedback... and it's close to home and at the right time. (and reasonable!)
