Allie is great at what she does. I always walk away learning something from her to apply to both my teaching and to my practice.
I've enjoyed all my classes and I must say Alyx is very attuned to her students. She consistently checks in with students for requests and masterfully works those requests into a safe and nourishing flow offering levels up and down. I always appreciate the breathwork, intention setting and Oming.

Steve is an excellent yoga teacher and I loved his class! Love the studio. It's so intimate. It's nice to do yoga somewhere that's not home. Thank you.
