James was amazing! I came in because I work on my feet and had some upper back/ neck pain and ultimately wanted to just relax before starting another chaotic work week. He really listened to me and what I needed. I loved how he incorporated some stretching because while I wanted to relax I also knew that I needed all of that as well. Super informative. He showed me some at home stretches that I could do to make sure my body doesn't get this tight again. Definitely appreciate it and while I am so sore today, haha, I feel like my body moves a lot better! I will be back to see him!
