I would recommend offering robes and rubber slippers (so they can be sanitized)to clients, especially those that have multiple services scheduled.
Overall, I was happy with my services. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with scheduling my appointments and greeting me upon arrival.
The esthetician explained each step of the facial and was a professional and a calming presence- exactly what I needed! I will be back for another facial.
The massage therapist was friendly and asked if the pressure was good several times, which I appreciate. Between getting prenatal pillows and oil that did not contain aloe (I'm allergic), the service was cut short. I'd recommend having a few massage lotions/oils in the room and ready, and having the pillows more readily available for each room. The massage therapist did everything he could, but I think there could be a more efficient system in place.

The custom signature massage was excellent. Kyle did an amazing job - great pressure & technique. The hot stones were heavenly. The atmosphere was very soothing. Definitely will go back.
