Everything about the experience was enjoyable! Before the appointment, Katie reached out to me via text to welcome me and to check if I had any questions prior to the massage. The facility itself is clean, open, and inviting. Katie's massage was one of the best massages I have ever received. She listened to me explain my trouble spots and catered the massage to address them, using various modalities. I left the appointment feeling refreshed!
