I thought the instructor was very knowledgeable, and very good at explaining the motions, and where we were supposed to be feeling things in our body. It was also a challenging, yet very well balanced with ease class. I'm feeling magical today! I bought my daughter a package there for Christmas since she is a student. I will be back because I took advantage of the first timer offer. I live in Cookeville and teach here and enjoyed getting out of town and visiting your studio. It's a lovely space!
