There simply isn't a way to express the gratitude I have for the team at the Elements. The facility is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I have no experience with yoga or indoor cycling, but Kendall and Melissa are so kind, patient, and knowledgeable that I keep coming back for more. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THE ELEMENTS!

I love the variation in the different classes you can take an hour and 15 minute class and really work it out pretty tough one day and then you can come back for a 45 minute class the next day just to stay limber and stretch and it's a really great workout but it's taking it a little easier

I was terrified to try hot yoga, since I have only done "normal" yoga a few times, but it was so much fun and felt so rewarding to sweat so much, especially during the winter!

I've been a member of this wonderful studio now for a year and I must say it only keeps getting better. Quality instructors. Space is awesome and offerings are varied. I especially love the Yin Massage classes!!!!
