Great atmosphere and class content for beginners. Also, having the class go for 1 hour, instead of usual 90 minute yoga sessions, was refreshing as my goal was to get a good stretch as opposed to becoming a professional yogi. The schedule is conveniently based around regular workday.

Kendall and Monica are consummate professionals in the yoga world. They greet each client by name and their method of caring instruction feels like the classes were custom-made for you. The music, lighting and heating system are all top level and contribute to the amazing feeling of calm ( and delicious, energized exhaustion) you have when you walk out the door. A win all around.
