The team at the Daily Sweat did an amazing job adapting to the pandemic!! As soon as the studio was forced to closed, Tiffany and the staff transitioned to online classes - both live and previously recorded. We could take classes when it was convenient for us. These girls are amazing! I haven’t missed a beat with my classes and they’re how I de-stress. Once gyms could reopen, TDS was ready. It was clear they had been working hard on complying with safety and cleaning requirements during the closure. I can’t forget to mention the wonderful outdoor classes!! Perfect timing! We were all ready to get out of the house and into the fresh air and sunshine.

TDS is the most welcoming place. They are so helpful in class and after to make sure you are doing the correct pose in the proper way. I love being part of the community TDS has created.
