I was welcomed by Emily which is very important to me. The class was challenging for me and I felt no shame when I had to take a bit of a break in child’s pose. Felt 3 inches taller when leaving the class, I’ll be back for Emily’s class on Friday morning.

I’ve been going over a year now and love the classes more and more. All of the staff is amazing and so helpful! My 2 girls (6 &3) love coming with me as well. My oldest has started even going to the kids class on her own and loves it! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Our tribe has made us feel at home every time💕
