• It was my first time at The Chapel and I was a little nervous, given everything with coronavirus etc. But I was instantly made to feel welcome and comfortable - by the man who greeted me at the door (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, I have trouble hearing with masks on but it's all good). He was so lovely! The decor of the salon is also just lovely. It felt clean and chic, and like a special experience. I then met Zoe to do my hair - she was prompt and on time and explained the new measures with coronavirus which was really helpful. She was so warm, friendly and chatty! Loved the whole experience and am absolutely thrilled with the result of my hair. I can't wait to come back again next time! Thank you so much.
