• I felt that my stylist (Lucy) really listened to what I wanted and took time to get to know my 'hair story'a he then apply her expertise. She stayed with me for the whole time, which was great as often you can get moved from one person to the next. My hair cut was then exactly what I was hoping for - a very sleek lob, with my stylist devoting the time needed to make sure it was neat and well styled. The set up of the salon was also very relaxing and I felt safe and at ease with the precautions put in place and the social distancing. My stylist was very good at appreciating that coming to the hairdressers can cause anxiety for some people at the moment but they have clearly put a lot of thought and energy into making it an enjoyable experience. Overall, I was really impressed with how friendly, welcoming and relaxing my visit was. My stylist seemed to genuinely care about my experience and staff clearly take pride in the salon and its approach. I cannot speak more highly of it!
