• I got my hair extensions moved up & a hair trim done by Noelle, & she is VERY experience, professional, & does an exceptional job. She is a pleasure to talk with & she is fun. She listens to my hair concerns & she knows how to style hair, if someone likes their hair styled a bit differently. The Center is very clean & White & bright.
