The workouts are great and I feel comfortable!

I really liked the class and thought it was a great challenge but could be adaptable to my own abilities! I didn't give it a 10 The music was slightly to loud that my partner for the stations and I couldnt talk between reps and felt like we would try to say good job or that set was tough but could only hear every other word. I think it made the workout feel more individual and less of a community which is why I go to a class instead of working out on my own. Probably just a one off thing with the volume being to load so I would definitely come back and recommend to others. Also this is nit picky but the fans on the right side of the room seem to sit lower than the fan on the left and because of that the lights above them create a strobe light effect that was distracting
