Instructors are very involved equally with each class, they guide you if you're incorrect on style/format to prevent injury but they do it with such grace you'd never notice as they never stop guiding the class as a whole but come to you and show you while still in the lesson... I have tried many different classes over the past 8 years and the Booty Shop has by far been the only one I'd recommend and I brag about! Even the music is perfect with each routine!

The Booty Shop is an oasis from life where you can get your sweat in while laughing with some of the most amazing women! The instructors are inspirational and the members are supportive. I always leave with a smile on my face and a full heart! 💕
