At TBS I feel not just comfortable trying out new classes and moves, but empowered! I've been to almost all class types and different instructors, and have never felt discouraged or unwelcome. Each instructor teaches the same class a little differently, and I love the personal touches and variety that offers, while keeping the bones of the class structure. I love that instructors take time to meet newcomers and establish relationships with the class, and encourage us to push ourselves harder. TBS has made me more confident, outgoing, and open to new experiences!

Great class! More challenging then I expected. I do similar workouts at home but there was more weight options and more variety with the moves. I felt like I used muscles I don't normally use. I really really enjoyed it! Instruction was great. Teacher did a great job leading the class. Music was upbeat and helped me through the workout. Front desk staff was also very kind and helpful. Thanks! I'll be back!
