I loved the location and the atmosphere of the Booty Shop. Sellers made me feel very welcome and encouraged me to work at my own pace, while helping me strive to my fullest capacity.

I enjoyed an amazing workout and felt so supported and welcomed here. Plus I felt the workout was tailored more to women than some traditional HIIT workouts. I like that it incorporated a warmup and cooldown routine. Abby is a great teacher! And I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured into buying a membership or a class package right after class!
