I loved that their was modified versions of the exercises so I didn't feel pressured to be perfect. Playlist was fire and the instructor was super supportive.

It was such a fun class! Everyone was so nice and friendly and the entire time I felt really good. I like how the place is judgment free and the vibes are immaculate. I also love how easy it is to follow the instructors. 10/10 best class I've ever been to!
