The 2 instructors made me feel very welcomed. It was my 1st time going and I just loved the atmosphere! I would recommend to any woman who wants to get a good work out in while listening to tunes and doing some great dance moves!!

The atmosphere and darkness inside. The instructions Paige, Katy , Ashley s and kaylynn are my absolute faves! Love this place it's my second home!!!!!
