Nicole & Caroline are amazing & Nicole's class was perfect for someone getting back into working out after 10 years. It was easy for me to modify my work out based on my level. The lighting contributes to a fun atmosphere but also makes you not feel like you are in a spotlight. The music & vibe was great.

Very sweet instructors. Loved how the dance was broken down. Loved being in different groups to be able to sit down but also watch the routine and get a different view on it.
