Lovely class and lovely atmosphere. I felt like I'd pushed my body, but felt soothed also. Maddy was great! (She is my daughter, so I think she's amazing anyway, but still thought she was a wonderful teacher).
Enjoyed my first class. Very relaxing and good stretching
