I wanted to give some feedback for Rose. She is such a darling and said she felt a bit rusty yesterday but I thought she was amazing as always. It was the perfect class for the first morning out of lockdown. She eased us into it but it was still challenging enough, especially after being out of practice for a while! I loved the class and it set a wonderful tone for my day :)

Comfortable, calm and inviting space. The teachers are always so helpful and respectful. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and leave you excited to return. It is all about the environment and I have stopped many things I love and am passionate about due to the cold, uncomfortable and judgemental atmosphere. Very grateful for the amazing team!
