TBYE has an amazing staff, awesome energy and atmosphere, and takes working out to a whole new level. I'm glad I decided to get out of my comfort zone and gothere. It's my favorite place to get some time to myself and get a great workout in too!

Pauline started off with meditation and breathing exercises and a slow warm up. It was the best flow class because she did three different flow sets and walked around to make sure we all were posed correctly. Of cause the signature scented ice face cloth was well earned!
