Sure! I feel at home when I come to your studio. It's exactly what I need and I feel more aware of my body calming down. It's definitely something that I needin my life and one that is helping me a lot. The teachers are great and make everyone feel very comfortable. I love it!

Of course: "I absolutely love The Barre +Yoga experience. From the beautiful studio, to the amazing and friendly (everyone of them) instructors, to the challenging barre classes, i have yet to take a class that I didn't fully enjoy and get an amazing workout from. I have always been passionate about exercising, running, spinning, lifting, but these barre classes have literally changed my body in the few short months that I have taken them. I am more toned than ever! Every class is a bit different and so much fun!

Fantastic establishment! The staff are amazing and extremely catering to their clients individual needs. Their classes range from both soothing to invigorating and are great for your mental and physical well being. If anyone is looking for a little soul TLC, this is the place to go.
