The Barre + Yoga Experience has quickly become my new favorite workout. The staff is very warm and welcoming while still providing an ass kicking workout! The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful promising to distress you as soon as you walk in. I look forward to becoming a long term member of TB+YE!!!

I've had such a great experience at The Barre + Yoga Experience. They are so accommodating and so nice! I have felt welcome from day 1. They have encouraged me to try different classes, and have showed me how to modify when needed. I'm excited to have found a great new place to get stronger and to better myself 🙂
