10 because the process was very smooth and easy despite it being our first time. Staff was so sweet and nice, and got straight to the point which I love! We got room 3 and it was nothing less than what we expected: clean, relaxing, serene, and the view was amazing. I would definitely recommend and have already recommended to many of my friends to come visit the spa! We will definitely be back!
