The young ladies that work there are very welcoming and respectful. We arrived a little early for our appt. and they accommodated us within a few minutes of arriving. This was our first time and they explained the process and rules thoroughly and swiftly as to not take up time from our experience. The private room was awesome. Very calm and relaxing with a beautiful view of the garden. The spa temperature was just right and the jets provided just enough pressure. The sauna was nice but we could only withstand a couple minutes at a time mainly due to our inexperience with saunas. Just enough room for two. The teas were very good and an added treat to top off the experience. Overall a very relaxing time and we enjoyed every minute of it. We will be back one day soon! Thank you
