Definitely recommend and I promise to be back again this year. We did the hour sauna as a couple and then did hour float tanks. It worked out nicely oriented for us as a couple to enjoy together but I'm sure its not designed for that, it was just the flexibility of the spa that it came together so perfectly. I took nothing but myself. They had everything there to make it feel like home... but with float tanks. I felt free and rejuvenated.
