Carol is incredible, and the facilities are every bit as good as she is! Infrared sauna was relaxing, helpful, purifying, and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well laid out. The energy is positive as well. Great value and excellent service. This place is hard to beat... in all respects!

Tanked was one of the best things I have done for myself.the infared room was so cool you loose calories 700 in an hour also the inversion table reset my back. The float tank was wonderful it's an experience you have to do.
