Rayna's beach yoga class was lovely and fun. It was accessible to all, with enough gentle stretching, challenges and options to make it interesting for all levels. She has the best laugh!

I wasn't sure the class would happen, and was happy there was enough interest. Nicole was both kind and inspiring. She challenged us with just the right amount of challenge. This class was one of the highlights of my trip. Hope it happens again at some point! Let me know.
