There was an incident of someone falling quite hard on their head on floor (not on mat). I was very worried for her. Gave her Reiki while instructor and Jorgan did what they could to create a pack with snow but there should have been an ice pack quickly available. And coaching about taking care of head injuries - as this person had had a bad concussion 2 months ago. And from my personal experience with concussions, doctors say to avoid doing things that could risk a second concussion within 3 to 6 months so as not to suffer long-term impacts. (My daughter passed out twice and developed scoliosis after having concussions within 2 months of each other). Aerial yoga is definitely a risky activity for people with recent head injuries!Mary A.
