• Tahoe flow is great! What I love about it is that it's small and local (not some big corporation), everyone is fun, inviting and caring. Classes are varied and instructors make sure you are doing things correctly while they make you work out harder and better.

• As a traveling aerialist passing through a town you just never know what you'll get. I was delighted with Flow Arts and fitness. The instructors I met were incredibly welcoming and generous, the space is beautiful and very clean Im very excited to come back and hopefully teach some workshops.

• Diane brings such great energy to her class! I can sometimes get bored and not push myself but the variety of her class keeps me focused.
