I love the small classes and close interaction with the instructors which all have been very good with their own style. A little larger space would be nice so you can have enough room to do all the poses without possibly hitting someone but I much prefer the small class to some that I have been to with 25 plus

Synergy Yoga is my favorite studio in the Miami area, and one of myfavorite places in general. This sweet studio is filled with goodvibes, talented & caring instructors, and alternative healingtherapies. It feels like a neighborhood gathering spot rather than acorporate production. So much love 💓
