Synergy Yoga is great! This is authentic, true to the roots yoga and it shows in the way the studio is set up, ambience, and how well trained the teachers are. This is not your typical yoga studio where most teachers have just done some online training. Most of the instructors here have trained with gurus with India, and are into other aspects such as meditation and reiki. They are all about safety and correct posture which is awesome, I get a lot out of the classes here!
