I attended the wellness retreat at the botanical gardens in Boylston and it was a nice relaxing day. They planned it out beautifully. I always wanted to do a wellness retreat and had been actively looking for one that wouldn't break the bank. I started doing sound baths at Synergy and heard about this retreat. It did not disappoint. I would definitely sign up for another one.
