Lauren and Danielle were wonderful. I went into the class knowing absolutely nothing about Ayurveda or acupuncture. I have always had a tough relationship with my menstruation cycle, and often feel like my body is working against me. I have always thought of my womb as a source of pain and weakness. This class offered a new perspective. I have never thought of my womb as a source of power and creativity. I left the class feeling empowered! I want to do more acupuncture now and learn more about Ayurveda. I would love to take a class like this again!
