I've been so happy with my experience at Synergy so far. Every yoga teacher is really experienced and kind, and I love how they connect with the class. I had an amazing massage with Kelley. She made me feel so comfortable, and she was so knowledgeable about trauma, I felt completely safe with her.

It's a clean calming environment. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I was booked for a reflexology session. I had never been to reflexology before. Melissa Angel was very professional yet warm and personal. I loved every moment of my visit and most important I felt great when I left.
