Reiki healing/prayer/mindfulness is important to me. But to have the chance to bring my loved ones and friends to a powerful healing session in a group setting is very special. I somehow feel that in a small way, it helps heal the pain affecting all inside and outside of the session. If possible, please choose settings that keep session costs lower than $35. Something about the room, maybe the amount of sunlight, made it harder to settle into the meditation. Closing drapes would have helped.
