Same as always--Rebecca does a phenomenal job putting us through our paces in this longer format for Chair Yoga that I treasure even more than the 3/4 hour ones I attend through various COA's. And your staff is always great about straightening out my questions and getting me onto the livestream when I call in.

Very clean, relaxing and cozy office space, very friendly and helpful receptionist, Dr Kate is great at what she does and very sweet. Just had my 3 rd visit and I feel like she unlocked my back bones, I'm feeling lighter and more relaxed.
