The sign up process and link delivery was seamless. The instructor, Ashley, did an amazing job of teaching and explaining the movements for me (it was my first time attending this type of Yoga class). The teaching and experience made me want to do more Yoga classes!

I felt the experience was excellent, but there is always room for improvement. My main complaint comes with trying to schedule the appt for a class. I have difficulty with your web site so I call the center to make the appt but usually have to leave a message…which leaves me uncertain of the status of my request. So I call back later to confirm, sometimes reaching a live person. But if I do make an appt then with a live person, I then get another call-back from someone responding to my initial message left.
