The variety and intensity of the classes has been great lately. Also, the playoffs, strength masterclass, session in RCVR and outdoor classes have been a great addition.
I attended the mat pilates session (as someone who doesn't usually do mat pilates) with Lauren S and I thoroughly enjoyed how challenging it was! Lauren was a great instructor and she talked through each exercise as well as helping with breathing timings, showing and helping with form as well as motivating the class to power through. The vibe was chill but focused and the soundtrack was amazing. Thanks Lauren!
