Fantastic group of instructors, always around to assist, point out your mistakes and show you the proper way.
Classes always interesting as there is such a mix of workout every time you go so one is never bored and kept on one's toes so to speak 😀.

Staff amazing, class exercises good and mixed. But classes seem quite crowded and it can feel like you're dodging people or waiting for equipment. Really like it though, that would be my only minor quibble.
I'm a local. I love the personalised experience, the time the coaches take to correct your technique as well as the class programming.
