Great workouts with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The variation in classes is great and good challenge. Can't always tell if class will be harder or easier ahead of time. Has been a good change up of some options lately.

The class was well planned out ,plus a great energy throughout the class overall a great class although the music could've been better
